They say location is everything, and I'd have to concur here. The place alone is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt safe, and the location was awesome, but it really's just over the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain also much, but basically the windows were all really in need of replacement, as were being the doors, the trim, much from the home furnishings, etcetera.
